Independent villas and farmhouses are rented out in their entirety for your sole use when there are a large number of you together. There is always someone on hand for anything you need as the farmhouses are run by the owners who normally live on site. Apartments within villas and farmhouses are rented independently with other guests being accommodated in adjacent properties. The apartments are for your private use, however, you may sometimes share facilities like: pool, garden, driveway, etc. Our smaller apartments within the towns are in antique palaces or the centre of towns like Cortona or cities like Florence.
Our selection of villas and apartments, both comfortable or luxurious, are located within the Tuscany & Umbria countryside surrounded in beautiful scenery where you can freely walk, ride or drive for miles in the open air. Some are located close to towns and some near to small Hamlets. All the villa properties have a beautiful swimming pool and garden furniture facilities for guest's use.
What is more delightful than the traditional country farmhouse situated on top of a gentle hillside leading up from a windy drive lined with Cypress trees. The accommodations are rustic with authentic features like wooden beams, terracotta floors and stone walls all combined with antique or modern furnishings to make your stay comfortable. All within lovely grounds and a swimming pool.
If you would like to be in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Italian life, then our town and city apartments are what you are a looking for. These are apartments with no swimming pool but with all the modern items required on holiday whilst situated in an 'old feel' location. The heart of the hilltop town of Cortona being one or opt for the major cities like Florence, Rome or Venice.
